Shipping Policy
We proudly offer worldwide shipping! Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Please note that we require 3 to 5 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times range from 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that holidays, natural disasters, or global events may impact delivery times.
Pre-orders and Back-orders
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, any available items will be shipped immediately. The remaining items will be shipped separately once they are in stock.If you receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on the way.We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery and taking photos, then contacting us promptly if there are any issues.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. While we do our best to process and ship orders quickly, there is only a small window for making corrections. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at hello@fluffywardrobe.com. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Returns
By placing an order on Fluffy Wardrobe, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Fluffy Wardrobe. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fluffy Wardrobe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the information provided on your tracking page.
