Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date your package is delivered.
If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back within 48 hours.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Partial refunds may be granted for the following:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fluffywardrobe.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the sender had it shipped to themselves before gifting, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping for Returns

- You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once shipped, please provide us with the tracking number.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping — please choose your courier and packaging method carefully.
If the item being returned is over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
